What is your main weakness? Something you lack and would like toput right?

     . . .

, , , :

The biggest weakness Iguess Ihave Iam very competitive. If Idont archive 100% result (even performing quite aggressive tasks and within tough timing) Iget upset My co-workers sometimes call me aperfectionist. They can spend less time on the similar jobs having done it satisfactory, but not perfect.

  , , . 100% ( ) , . . , , 堫

Iget nervous abit inpublic, but Iam working on it making presentation at the audience as much as possible.

   . , .

Itry tobe polite and helpful at all times, trying tomeet people half away always. But maybe sometimes Ishould me more forceful, more assertive and convincing. Itry tobe pleasant with everyone; Idont like having arguments with people. But being soft spoken with every one may lead tohamper the work. Sometimes Ifeel that Ishould have persisted inmy opinion.

     , . , . , . . , () () .

My weakness is Isometimes push my people too hard. Ilike towork with asense ofurgency and everyone is not always on the same wavelength.

  , . ,

Iam very patient inroutine jobs, and quite scared ofnew challenging jobs (innovations, rules changes). But for the position ofan accountant being good at working at asteady pace with routine jobs is not adisadvantage tomy mind
